We are not currently accepting insurance and cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. However, we can provide the necessary paperwork to help you in the insurance reimbursement process. If you need assistance in navigating out-of-network options with your insurance provider, we can help. We have also partnered with Mentaya which is a company that makes it seamless in receiving reimbursement from any out-of-network benefits. Ask us about it!

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified your psychotherapist at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. It is understandable once in a while as an appointment might be canceled or missed due to a sudden illness or emergency. Because weekly sessions are reserved specifically for each client, we ask you to honor the fee agreement for your session.

Counseling is not meant to last forever. It is a season of focused support so you can heal and grow. Typically we begin seeing clients on a weekly basis and transition to maintenance sessions overtime when life seems more manageable. Frequency of sessions is a mutual decision we discuss together. Therapy is intended to translate and internalize the skills and tools learned in therapy into your everyday life.

The benefit of offering telehealth services is we work with clients throughout the state of California, no matter if you are 10 minutes away or hours away. Our licenses allows us to provide psychotherapy services to any California resident. If you are an existing client or future client who decides to move out of California, we will work together on a plan to transition out of our care and into another provider in your residing state. It is important you feel supported in this process.
